New privacy command for stats

I suggest making a command to set stats to private, I mean, only those who type the command can see the stats, without the other players seeing their stats publicly, maybe some players don't want to delete their stats just because they don't want other players to see them.
Something like /stats private/public ;)

If it is private, It will still appear in pac stats.
