Reason for reporting : VPN user, he always connects from the Dominican Republic and today he connects from the United States using vpn

Poli maybe server is bugged this is the same reason of Tzuman joining from Dominican Republic., politecnico dont have nothing to do with his life  :D rofl

Probably a geo-ip bug or outdated geo-ip data.
