Underground killers
They kill for a reason

They promise to make it worse

Intro:
      I started this new clan with the goals of setting up a mature and organized community. This clan will be dedicated to working to become the best and will follow a very detailed structure. We prefer people with a positive, cheerful and relaxed attitude. Those who are not that skilled, but they would like to become better fighters, are welcome.
      What we value mostly from a player is: the personality (a nice friendly outgoing person who makes the best to pump up the atmosphere), the loyalty and his involvement in the clan.

Yes, we are being more careful who we accept now. We have already kicked a member, and 4 applicants have been denied  ;) We are also getting a training server and our clan trains 3 times a week :)
You cant just wait for pro's to join, nobody is gonna join a clan with no reputation and no members, you gotta recruit randomers and train them first, like we had to do.. Now everyone applying :P

Well, its your choice, but im very carefull with who we are accepting. I know peoples reputation, and their behavior, and if we/i dont like it, we simply deny the application. Ez like that, we dont wait for pro's to apply, but for people with a good reputation, and with a mature behavior. I dont want any noobs in my clan.

Do you really think we are looking for pro's? No, that would be dumbness. We are looking for mature and trustfull members, not skilled. (We will train them as much as is needed). If we don't have members yet, is because we didn't play to much lately. (My network adapter is fucked up  :-X) I have no doubt that this clan will grow up fastly when we will be active just like we used before.

Thank you for supporting me guys! I really appreciate that.
My failure is that I began a clan just when i started to become inactive. Obviously, nobody is going to join a dead clan. I started to play again the last week, and I asked a lot of people to join the clan, but nobody did. I should have found some people before. Starting a new clan, would mean a lot of time spent: join a lot of servers and convince ppl to aply, train with them, be active in the forums and the game, think about ways to promote the clan, etc... That means I should spend more than 3 hours diary to make the clan grow, instead of playing. I don't have that time, so... I'll close it for now.

Good players will not join a clan with 1 or 2 members. Dominator joined at first, but we both became inactive.

I tried it, but most of them want to join better and bigger clans, altough they are newbies and they could be two-shot killed. :-\

its like my clan, im the leader, and i play like 6 hours per week, but, i always receive ppl who to join my clan :P. my clan is smail, we have like 3 or more active players, some are pro and other are in constant learning. so, dont give up mate, keep going.

Gracias por el apoyo CISS3!  :) La verdad es que estaba a punto de tirar la toalla. Cuesta encontrar gente que sea leal al clan o de confianza, y más ahora que no hay mucha gente en LW's. Hay un par de buenos jugadores, que no quieren saber nada de clanes, pero si algún día deciden unirse a uno, se unirán a alguno de mejor nivel, por mucho que les haya comido la cabeza. (y eso jode)
