nope,just u need the savegame to 100% and when u press "HORN" the cabbie jump,later i send you tutorial

nope,in nrg you need SKILLS and PRACTICE and EXPERIENCE so =)

NOTE
All you really have to do to get the taxi's to jump is to complete a TOTAL amount of 50 fares in the taxis.
after 50 Fares they got NOS and jumps on horn. ::)

BTW: Awsome stuntvideo best video ever seen. :)

is quite old posting from you but i wanted to say that im sure that nothing of this was made with low gravity. is just skill. the thing what he did with cabbie only works in singleplayer and is bugusing. but everything else wasnt low gravity either. i know what im talking about.
