which program do you use for skinmods?
If LW's Admins made an exe. program that installs all the LW's gang skins; so that
all could see them, and use them, that would be awsome. :)

oh, nice idea
Its easy to change skins textures in GTA SA. I used "txdworkshop". With this program i found this Vago skin, called lsv3.txd . Then i extracted it and changed it using paint. I also used "AAA Logo" to add UvH tags. Then i changed the original texture and put the new one. This is:

It would be very cool if there was a way to use this in the server. Every gang should have this :P but I dont think it's possible....

Yeh would be cool but as already said not possible :P
I wanted to suggest something like that once, but I felt terrible that day and forgot it now :P
