Well, i'm sick and tired of buying the sheep farm, and someone else buying it before i even make any profit off it. Either make more high maintanence properties, or increase the time in which someone can steal it from you.

And another thing.. When someone buys out your property, make it a red text. Because when im buying shitloads of properties, combined with all the other yellow/orange text the server generates, it is very difficult to detect when my property gets bought out. Especially when i have a large number of them. Either make the text red, or have a small 2 second alert noise. The covert casual orange text is annoying.

try to think when you want to buy some prop from the other owners...if the countdown would be turned longer as you ask, u would have to wait a lot to buy it. it would be boring :/

There will be a lot of changes to the way that properties work in next major gamemode update :)

ahhhh but i like props as they are! when i buy props, and someone buys my prop(s), i just chase/DB them for as long as i keep the props. if they're busy dying they can't buy back your props...
