Title: opening server help

i am trying to setup my server, but it doesn't get nearly as good as the littlewhitey's server, so i was wondering if there is a way to get at least the game mode of the server(i'm sick of having to type /enter every time i want to go inside shop or smthing..)? or at least something that would allow you to go inside without typing /enter and /leave...plus register command(not necesary) and give $$$ or take$$$ or weapons...spawning vehicles(at least for admins) and a better vehicles set

oh and how to choose which characters are avalible?
