Title: wtf?!?!?!??!?!(cod4 problem)

so,
when i was playing today in cod4 i alt+tab to change soem sogn on itunes
then when i got back to the game my whole resolution got fucked up
idk how to reset it but ive tried alot
i cant access single player(cracked,not the problem)
