HD is only a higher resolution of your video. So to get your vids in HD, you should record videos in "full-size" with fraps, but if I'm correct it also depends on your resolution ingame. In GTA SA for example my resolution is 1280x960 and if I record full-size and upload it on youtube I get a 720p HD video.

Only thing is that the game is getting more laggy compared to "half-size" recording.
Hope that helped ya and some ppl may add a few things if I forgot something.

yea ima try that but wont it increase the memory?
most of my vids are under 1 gb because thats the limit or 2gb
