Get Everest and find out your components, then just go to the manufacturer's site to find that audio driver for win7.
You can get a trial version here: http://download.cnet.com/Everest-Ultimate-Edition/3000-2086_4-10499291.html (http://download.cnet.com/Everest-Ultimate-Edition/3000-2086_4-10499291.html)
We can help you out to find that driver, but we need to know what kind of Audio Device you are using.

1. is the os legit?
2. what are you using, headphones or speakers?
3. Have you visited your products manufacture's website to check for updates?

Windows 7 should install audio drivers automatically, anyways try this (http://www.realtek.com/Downloads/downloadsCheck.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=23&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false). These are standard drivers, should work. But before you try these are you sure you haven't got your sound muted or anything?

u can find some of these drivers in guru3d also. try to search there.
