Title: WW Day

That would be wonderful if there one condition :

1 - No one should buy RW
2 - If everyone has -1$ then no one can buy weapons
weapons (automatique) Randomly given
3 - Remove RW from script on the day and add WW.

The idea is simple and beautiful!
