Post by: Friskyyyy on May 30, 2010, 09:25:51 AM
We know that winner is Germany with Lena song Satellite. But here my best songs TOP 5 :

2. InCulto - Eastern European Funk (Lithuania) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ab9C0klYilw#ws)

4. Jessy Matador - Allez, Ola, Ole (France) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4acm3gcWhAE#ws)

This is probably the worst song/show ever to be performed on the Eurovision Song Festival. It is outrageous and a disgrace to mankind. Sorry to say, but it is simply copyright infringement and plagiarism.

About the girl who won: If you want to sing in English, please learn how to pronounce it. If you want to copycat an English accent, please practise some more. If you want to dance, please learn how to dance. If you want to sing, please learn how to use your breath, and inhale at the proper time.
Eurovision is a circus.

She's a 19 year old student, she didn't bother singing before the casting "Our star for Oslo" started. She just thought, "let's give it a try", bam she won. You can't expect her to be perfect.
Quite curious that she won tho.

The fact that she won tells us everything about the Eurovision song contest. That it's complete BS.

Yeah it quite is BS. You can't deny that most likely most of Europeans liked it.
Eitherway, countries like Lithuania, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and so on still give the high points to themselves. Cruel that Belarus got 12 points by Russia (they got 2 in total before, after 15 countries already voted).

. And we gave 10 points to GERMANY, 8 to Spain. And you saying Belarussians and Russians and our friends. Fault. We neighbours with them, but we are not friends with these countries. So we voting for those, whos are best....

Didn't say all countries. You're right - Lithuania was a bad example, but it still is noticeable that the countries from the Eastern Europe give  the points to eachothers.

i never watche dthe eurovision untill the scores come in and thats only cus in UK we have a good (funny and sacarstic) commentator on the stuff :D

I never give a damn about the music (its crap - as Terry Wogan once said: the problem is the courntries have to fit certain types - so spanish music always has a touch of felmanco in it - when spanish pop music doesnt...)

Love the Azerbajan girls though - H-O-T! lol

Also, why cant UK enter an actual pop star (garath gates? will young? i dont massivly like these singers but damn we might have a chance at adecent result for once!)

Also, congratz Germany - do they host it next year now?

This is a topic to show what music you like. It has absolutely no point in argueing what's the best genre. Everybody loves something else, and they love it for another reason. Please don't say: "polka sucks so bad", just because you don't like it. Because, you may or may not know, but dugi might be offended (or anyone else).
