Ummm...I think I suggested this 2yrs ago! ...Or saw something like this! :P
Make more life in LW by creating more banks,ammus,buyable props and stuff!
I know there is banks and stuff all around SA...but I dont see them on map!
So...I guess u just need to do that banks and stuff will be shown on map!
And ya...I know that there is not much ppls on server to play all around SA...but maybe itll help! ;)
Anywayz...just make stuff seen in LV to be all around SA! ;D

most of this stuff will be available in the 3.0 update for lw just wait hopefully lw will start to fill up by time this update rolls around. I dont think much will get implemented into this gamemode most of it will go towards next. But just wanted to say the props already suggested ;)
