I just got a simple question ...
How many accounts i am Allowed to create to save Money ?
Because if i would be interested in doing an event or sth soon i would need much cash for the prizes so how many accs i can create for that ?

Alright I`ll tell Someone from the management which 5 i use and they can delet the others.

Well, I'm sure some people have like 50+ accounts in LW who have dynamic IP.

Use of multiple accounts is generally frowned upon hence the limit. However, if you have more than 5 accounts then you will not be punished and in your case it's even a good thing since an event would help the server.

The limit is higher than 1 so that users may start fresh/change name without an administrator being present. Which reminds me that we really need more tools to allow the users to change names and reset non-important data.

Yeah, for example a command to reset stats would be really cool (but the play hours shouldn't be reseted), I have seen this in another server. Another thing I have seen in another server is a command to change your nick, but it doesn't change it in the game, what it does is transfer the data to the new nick you have choosen, and then you have to /q and relog with that new nick.

You can tell it by seeing your ip changing on your forum posts.
