Title: The rules agreement keeps kicking players

Today I have seen this:

So I tryied it myself: I just typed a nick randomly and joined the server, clicked on "Quit" and this is what happened:

Should be fixed.

Yeah it's weird, because there was a suggestion to remove that kicking and it was accepted, with even dugi saying that it had been fixed.

There has been some mix up with script, it will be fixed on next restart.
