Post by: PuBerZz on October 09, 2010, 09:34:32 PM: Multi-player is abit like sa-mp each server has its own rules, own unique gamemodes but there is also a co-op style multiplayer mode where people build worlds together, soon monsters will be patched into multiplayer so you can all fight them together aswell as create worlds/buildings and other crazy things.

In single player you are put in a randomly made world and then left to your own ideas, you have to get resources, then once you survive the 1st night you start building your world and fighting/hiding from the monsters. Once you have crafted good armour and weapons and made some good things you feel pretty proud of your world.

It's nothing like them 2 games, its more like Gmod. Build anything in your world but it also has the objective of staying alive against the creatures. Free build mode just lets you have infinite resources and you can build forever, in single player you have to find/mine your building materials. Same with co-op survival mode.

And I was also creating the pokemon map from Pallet Town > Route 1 > Viridian city etc but atm I've halted it as in the current version (Alpha Survival) You can't get coloured blocks which means that all my buildings are gonna look quite dull. Aswell as that issue theres also another problem. In Pokemon there are quite alot of buildings which look small on the outside but once you enter them are massive in the inside so it can't exactly be to scale.

A Littlewhiteys Minecraft server would be awesome if alot of people played. However it's in Alpha at the moment and maps tend to corrupt meaning that regular backups have to be made etc. The server I'm currently playing on at the moment has tons of problems with people griefing other peoples shit/ the map corrupting/ getting too big for its own good (as the map size in minecraft is infinite) :)

no i didnt use any hacks in getting that stuff the damn clay took me about 10 hours of boating and the diamonds took like about a month and a lot of exploring.

That was the plan was a survival mp with no mods besides hmod for admin stuff.

yeah, you can find diamonds at level 12 but you can find everything else as well, and you only find lava at it's surface, so for me it's the most productive level to be mining at
