The advantages of this change happening: A new environment for the players.
The disadvantages of this change happening: I guess regulars might miss the old Ammu-Nation.

nice interior,
I always wanted the spawn weps changed, so "floating" weapons were placed inside ammunition (perhaps against a wall) and you brought them as spawn weapons by standing in the weapon and then entering how many you wanted. hard to explain and harder to script so i would not expect it, but i like the interior change :D

I'm not a scripter so I don't know how to make this but I'm pretty sure it is possible...Just take the gun object(like they do in /hold) and place it on the wall...and create a checkpoint  in front of it. Then it pops up asking, for example: "How many M4/M4 ammo would you like to buy?"

Lol I guess the point is to make LW look more original... If it's really not that hard to script, then I like it.

Here's the problem with this suggestion, right now LW's uses the native SA checkpoints to enter buildings, eat food in fast food, buy ammu-nation weapons, gamble, all that. Unless the NAM entrance was blocked with some sort of object on the outside and there was a cp that teleported you into this new interior, then it would mean that there would have to be some work put into making all the custom cp entrances for all the interiors we use on LW's, also the shit like ammunition guy, fast food workers, casino dealers, would all be removed. That would be cool, that all that is removed and replaced for something scripted and server sided, but it would mean a lot of work and I don't know if the scripting team is willing to put that on their long long list.

im working on a brand-new interior system. you will only see people in the interior you're in, and it'll be easy to swap interiors around. i'll let yall know when it's getting ready

The benefit is that everything can be controlled serverwise. Let's all just let Slice do his work, I'm pretty sure it'll be awesome as usual.
