Title: [Report] Cheater

I don't think any admins where on at the time, but as you can see in this video I recorded he was cheating.  This video is unnecessarily 1 minute long, but it's also in HD. :P

At the time of this post only 280P is an option because it's still processing, but when it's done it will be much more clear.

A username of the cheater would be handy. Also there is a cheater report section here (http://forum.littlewhiteys.co.uk/index.php/topic,1436.0.html) so you don't have to create a new topic everytime.
