Trial :
Kiss Of Death Rules !

1 - No Cheat, Or Abuse Any Bugs. (If you have cheated, you will be kicked from the clan !)
2 - You need to be a Good fighter (+Fight Fair !)
3 - Ignore flamers !
4 - Be respectfull to the other members in your clan !
5 - Do Not Join 2 clans at 1 time.
6 - Teamwork !
7 - Minimum 50 hours Played on LW.
8 - Stay active on our forums

Recruitment Rules :

1 - You must have been played on Littewhitey's server at least 50 hours.
2 - Do not apply if you know you are going to be inactive for a long time.

If you meant as of the name, you're certainly not the first clan to use this name, as Candygirl already had a clan named Kiss Of Death and also tagged as [KOD].

and if you meant as of you're the only real clan speaking of skills or whatsoever, either way I'm afraid to say you're wrong...you also have been kicked twice from LVP result of holding KOD tag ( KOD that was created by Candygirl is still alive, not that active though )
