I dont get it...its ordinary SAMP update or..?
And what chat-lagg does it fix?
couse I have lagg sometimes,didnt notice chat cousing it... :-\

its a client update, every player can download it if he wants but you don't have to.

the main point in this update is this one:

- The performance of the chat text drawing has been improved and now has no noticable effect on game's frame rate.

When you are ingame and you press F7 once you get more fps but the chat is hard to read then. In this update you don't have to press F7 anymore, you get the same fps in the normal chat too. That's what they fixed and it's pretty useful for players that got fps problems.
