Title: Some Strange Virus
Post by: Disco on May 16, 2011, 07:49:52 PM: Uhm i got there a Virus/trojaner which runs automaticaly when i start my pc i guess and it minimizes my game like every 10 seconds and sometimes just pop up some random advertisement ...

Anyone of you got a useful program to remove it?
Antivir doesnt work .

On a seriouz note, download this (http://www.filehippo.com/download/file/31cf831f2e6c6545d299e825a4a9f7f936aaa9986beba2e034ca40b50bbdbda6/). Scan your PC, and repair/delete what you find there. It's probably a spyware, not a virus.

OFC if its running on start up try going to start "run" then type MSCONFIG - startup tab, and find out what it is called and stop it starting up. Then delete all entries of that program... a long route around and might not be stable, but if all else fails...

Heres why:Failed to kill my IP Virus. But found about 2-3k trojans,malvares etc... so ???
avast 4.7 Home Edition did the work. That was 2 years ago. Since then I used only PC Tools Antivirus and new Avast.

oh btw. I suggested TuneUp for startup programs,improving speed of PC and NET and few other thing that are hard to find inside windows for nabs ..defragmntation for example.

this! run it in safe mode. if it does the job then go on and install spybot s&d - http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html then remove antivir and get Microsoft Security Essentials - http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/security_essentials/default.aspx (its actually really good)

and stop using IE to look up prons :P

and this retarded win 7 didn create a point to reset my windows automaticaly...
every program is fucked up and opens random sides like : "SexyVirginsNaked" "MailGoogle" and other shit ...

Btw some anti virus programs detected neccesary processes of my pc as virus ...

I called it IP Virus. It attacks your IP I guess.. every time when your PC is plugged on NET cable porns start popping up! Sites in browsers,shortcuts on desktop and stuff.. and you cant do nothing about it but to plug out the cable! :-[ and some "badass" antiviruses like NOD&AVG blocked my net so I couldnt download new antiviruses. So I had to let my PC unprotected. Oh yeah,and AVG crashed my Windows XP Home! :'(

Used every damn antivirus on the planet but nothing worked except avast&PC Tools later!
also made some good money with that! 8)

So I suggested him similar process I did.. ::)
