So i want to get some better airflow in my PC case and i just need some help doing that.
I got 3 optional slots for additional fans. 2x 120mm in the front and 1x 120mm on the side panel.
I got a Powercolor HD5870 video card which is rather large so im wondering if i would need the side panel fan or not.
Ive got a 140mm fan on top and a 120mm fan on the back both are outtakes of the airflow. So i guess 2 in the front would be intakes. But i need to decide if the side panel will be a intake or outtake or none at all. I also will be putting some additional airfilters on their so there wont be any dust going into my PC anymore. Because i hate to take my PC apart every 4 months just to get the dust out of my heatsinks on my CPU and videocard and everywhere else.
Any help u can give me would be appreciated specially Airflow drawings lol.

*Bump*
So im still looking for new cooling...
Already found 3 additional case fans.
All i need now is a good CPU fan between 20 and 40 euro.. Low noise good cooling. And possibly good for overclocking my CPU aswell.
Running a AMD Phenom II x4 955 3,2 ghz black edition. And im looking to clock it to atleast 3,6 or 3,8 ghz So a good cooler would be appreciated.
Any thoughts or help please let me know cuz ive been looking for days now and i cant make up my mind.

i have antec 200, a phenom 965, a powercolor HD 5770, and 5 HDDs.
im using the 2 fans that came with the case, i dont use additional fans but i bought a proper CPU cooler - scythe mugen 2, ~40€
so my computer looks like this now and i have neither noise nor heat problems, even if i run the CPU on 100% over hours - noise is still the same as on 0%. but i didnt overclock my CPU.

this ^
i dont think you'll need anymore fans than the 2 u already have, that coolers apparently really good
-
best you put the pc into another room and let the case totally open so from every side there can come air.
so you do not hear a single sound and the pc gets all the time air from everywhere

Well i just bought a Cooler master Hyper 212 plus for my CPU and a Arctic Twin Turbo Pro for my HD5870 but i might RMA it and just switch it with the Arctic Accelero Xtreme 5870 its only 15 bucks more and instead of 2x 92mm fans it would have 3x 120mm fans on the graphics card. Ive also bought 5 new 120mm fans 2 for a push pull config on the Hyper 212plus and 2 intakes for the front and 1 exhaust on the side and 1 exhaust on the back. I hope this works :D

wow thats overkill imo, itl work though, what psu do u have?
-
got a Antec EarthWattsEA650 Powersupply so yea gives me 650Watts
But ive cancelled the order now cuz i done some more research on the Arctic twin turbo and it seems that the heatsinks u gotta place on ur card will drop off at some point. And seeing as my PSU is directly underneath it i dont wanne risk the heatsinks falling into the fan of the PSU and do alot more damage.
So im either going for the Arctic Accelero Xtreme 5870 cooling or just leave it for now and see if i can do some better cable management and better airflow first. Not sure yet. I think i rushed in a bit to quickly on getting this stuff.

Srry for double post:
Took a screenshot after stress testing my video card and processor.
used Prime95 for CPU, and furmark for video card
Room/ambient temperature was around 28 - 30c thats pretty hot but it was just an average sunny day

weird your cpu and gpu both peak at 67c i wonder if those are legit temps. also the max operating temp for that cpu is 68c so i wouldnt stress test again until u get a better cooler

Done the test today cuz it was hot on my room and basicly a hot summer day. So yea i do need a better cooler but which would be best for my AMD Phenom II x4 955. And would i need better cooling for my graphics card or not aswell ?
