Ive just recently bought a pc and after getting it up and running I got this come up on my screen
(https://littlewhiteys.com/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi351.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fq455%2Fvcmp_addict%2FIMAG0026.jpg&hash=b614b31eaf9b06a4e358034d6d0af5251df15e2a)
First time, it came when i decided to change the desktop background so I did a force shut down and the same thing happened when i tried it again. I tried to change my desktop background once again but this time it was fine. So after a while randomly this appears on my screen again and now i cant even make it to the login screen when I start the pc.
Any Ideas?

aw that might be a problem too..
your display is probably not functional with ur GFX, try connecting ur computer on other display and see if it works..

Exactly! :P Just question..might be problem with overheating some components, fans not working well etc.,old cables, damaged connectors, shity monitor,W7 not compatible with PC or monitor or some parts aka usb,keyboard/mouse...... also might be problem with W7..tried reinstalling them or something?
Anywayz.. :o

well i had a similar problem with my old graphics card.
specific particle effects caused it and i had to buy a new graphics card.
it was exactly like your problem. it got worse over time and it happened more and more often.
its most likely the graphics card, you bettar return the entire PC :)
