Zaibatsu Corporation

This is my gang in LW's server. We are the players who are keeping alive the originality of GTA series. We are not role-playing, stunting or w/e there are... We use all kind of different methods the game offers. We are very highly intelligent and tactical players, and we are effective in killing people by using our tacitcs or being very innovative in different situations. Through the history of GTA, Zaibatsu Corporation has always been on top, and we continue our traditions here.
Zaibatsu Corporation's most important weapon "Grenade" is missing from the LW's weapon system, so it will take some time til we get used to fight without them. Need to be patient. Wearing the tag [Z] is not mandatory and every member him/herself can decide wether he/she wants to wear it or not.

yeh and u started to play here again when u got permbanned from lvp, that means lws is like a substitute, maybe cuz in lvp there were more cmds to abuse and to lame with, well some day u will get banned from here too. as i said its a matter of time  :)

Yes, members of other clans can be a part of Zaibatsu Corporation too. We are only LW's server based gang and nobody is forced to join us if he/she will get problems because of it.

I've heard [5iN]Cunka has been banned for cheating and/or illegal modifying his game to gain advantage. This kind of behaviour is not tolerated in Zaibatsu Corporation and he has been kicked out.

If you'd have paid more attention, you'd have seen there are no "rankings" or "levels" in Zaibatsu Corporation, therefore it's impossible to "promote" or "demote" anyone of the list. Next time you should do a better research think carefully before posting nonsense.

I think you haven't paid attention to my response. I'll try to explain: Being in SA-MP community for some time now, I've understood there is more jibberis than realistic talk here (hence the example what I'm being told often). When someone says he is using hacks, I react towards it differently, this time I played along with him (as I've done several times before), sometimes I just ignore chat like that, sometimes I hit him back. And he was not in my clan since it's a gang. I had no problem with him since I didn't see anything illegal what he was doing (on the other hand, ofcourse I didn't fight him, so I couldn't know). If i see a flying car, then it's hacking, when someone standing next to me says he can fly a car, I can't accuse him of doing it before I havent seen it. Maybe you should check my logs even further, for example when some other player had recieved money from [5iN]Cunka, and asked me if it's hacked or not, what did I reply? Something like "I'm not sure, do /charity with it" pointing out again, that I wasn't sure if [5iN]Cunka was hacking or not.

He did "confess" to me, not to any administrator. In this situation by confessing I take it as "trolling" or "joking around". You can never be sure when someone is serious or full of crap in SA-MP community.

Omris it's obvious to everyone you knew/believed he hacked. The only reason you aren't banned is that when he asked you if you used mods you replied 'no never'.

If anyone tells you they use hacks again and you don't report them, especially if they are in your clan/gang, then you will be banned for almost as long as that person.

Once again, I'm Sirmo, not Omris, you don't need to read my nickname from right to left. And once again I don't report a player of cheating when I'm not sure if he's cheating or not. Basically if you stand firm what you just posted, you should ban me because I didn't report [JOKER]Freak after he told in main chat "I use hacks". Check the logs of today's date if needed. It really doesn't matter to me how obvious it is to other players if a player hacks or not, I see people yelling out "hacker" in main chat daily, does it mean I have to report that person that's been accused? Once again, I'd like to point out, I will not report a player cheating when I haven't seen him doing it myself, it would not be justified and unfair towards the player who I would have to report of. You can keep the "especially if they are in your gang" part out, every single player is treated the same.

All these aspects you pointed out, have been answered in my response post to splatterpuss. But I guess some people can't read, so I'll repeat myself:
1. I wasn't sure if he was hacking so I didn't report. If someone says to me he is hacking, I need to see it first before reporting.
2. I do know what cheat looks like, and since I didn't have any fights with him, how could've I known he's ceating?
