Just Download This File(First uninstall ur sa-mp then Install)>: http://files.sa-mp.com/sa-mp-0.3c-install.exe (thank u dugi)

ChatBox will work :D

I hope that those who feel this problem, find the solution in LW forums :P
Any one have a friend has this problem, tell him that the solution in LW forums :D

same goes for .net framework, use WU for that
