yes and old sa + enb + some other mods looks like, feels like, is like a gta IV mod if u do it right + is better

If it is, i have one question...what's the point? GTA:SA plays better, has a better physics engine gfor the game, and is a better game. Why would you take a crap game to make it look like an old good game....Play the old good game as it was made!
