On the SA:MP server.. is there any way of saving/storing vehicles - possibly by buying properties?

No, there is no possible way to "save" vehicles, unless you managed to get some noob to hold it for a few hours.

Plus, there is not nor will there ever be a save vehicle system. Its just too laggy and hard to impliment into the server.

As earlier said - Only if you get some no-lifer to hold it. But you could try Singleplayer XD - There you can save ur vehicles hehe
