hey
idk what happend suddenly my IE9 browser doesnt load youtube's videos tried to add "s" infront of http it worked!
even it works on google chrome browser!
so its the browser itself's problem!

any of u knows how to solve it!

Unninstall Internet Explorer and Google Chrome and install Mozilla Firefox.

install abode flash player
if it doesnt work find a video, click right on the screen then Settings/Option and disable or enable "acceleration of the engine"(maybe its wrote something else my browser is in french)
if it still doesnt work try using another browser... i use google chrome

i've the latset version of the adobe flash! and i cant open the settings window in the flash player! as u mentiond!
and still i like IE

Do a disk cleanup/disk defragmenter. (Start > All programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup/disk defragmenter)
If you have done that. Press CTRL Alt Delete. Take a screenshot of your processes and post the screenshot. Could be some conflicting processes that make the problem appear. Also for the sake of it. Install mozilla firefox to see if youtube videos work on firefox. You dont need to keep it just to check if videos do work in firefox. If they dont then it could be graphic card related or driver related. If the videos do work in firefox then its certainly IE or driver related.
You can also try System Restore to select a point in history where your computer did work fine. You can find that also in System Tools but i would use that as a last resort as it could end up with you having to reinstall your entire PC.
