Title: Weird problem
Post by: Quickplay on December 11, 2011, 01:24:12 PM
I don't know if this happens since i installed 0.3d (possible), but for several days my character doesn't swim anymore as before...it swims really slowly, even if i use the sprint button...it goes like i didn't use the sprint :/
Has this happened to someone else? Any suggestion to solve this?

thanks

ok seems i resolved...it was an issue of high fps..but i wonder how you manage it: should i change the fps limit everytime to swim faster and then return to the usual fps?  :-\

I don't know why i didn't noticed it, but this problem appeared to me also. The player swims slow than usual, but not that slow. Still its slower than earlier.

Solved and Locked
Ye it's solved, but it's not up to you to lock it.

Players might want to discuss more about it.

It's up to Quickplay to close it.

i used fraps to set my FPS to 20 everytime i got into water, so only one click for to change between 20 fps and unlimited fps.

but once in a while you have to clean up your fraps video folder.. i once had 800 GTA SA videos because of this ;D

This happens to me since i upgraded my pc some years ago. I have resolved it with the /fpslimit  (have to change it everytime i get inside water unfortunately). I guess san andreas doesn't like much high fps  :P
oh :( that's what i feared xD well ok then..
Thx Slide you can close this  :)
