Get some weapons and hit up some players.
Practice makes the master, and you'll only get better by playing against better opponents.
If i'm online i'd be available to help, even tho i myself suck at shooting :3

First of all I made this with approximately values.

As some players can know we are shoothing with calculating latency between our ping and opponent's ping. Then now, How can I calculate latency for lead shoot?

There is available a simple formula for it;

Latency = Your ping + Opponent's ping

Example:
Your ping is 80 and your opponent's ping is 50. Then 80 + 50 = 130, now check preview image for 130 about.

~ approximately between
0 aim crosshair

On samp i always found this:

0-100 ping of opponent = aim 1 step in front
100-200 ping of opponent = aim 2 steps
200-300 ping of opponent = aim 3 steps
300+ ping of opponent = Run for dear life!

Always lead aim and make your movements as random as possible, as others cannot lead aim you.

With this you should hit a fair few players - not all though.

Oh and go against the best. I did all the time, i was persistent (seriously, i would go into 3 v me, get killed and go back for more!) but when you go against the people again you get a little better, etc.

Your ping is also important about shooting.

I don't follow your steps, Matz. I don't look on my ping, only on my enemy's ping. And I'm still pro. :D

Your ping is low so you don't understand your ping is important :D If you have 250+ ping then you will understand that is important on shooting lol.
