For some reasons i can't join when i'm using my dad's net, it will just show

I've tried reinstalling samp but that didn't slove the problem (and yes i have 0.3x).
My guess is that my ip(83.83.254.70) is rejected by the server.
I hope someone can help me with this.

Before you reinstalled it did you remove the folder in %appdata% as well? Because that can sometimes be the problem as well.
Other than that it might be that your Firewall is rejecting outgoing/incomming connections on a certain port. It could also be rejected by your Router. I for one know how bitchy Ziggo routers can be.
Though the tracert does not show any timeouts and completes its run so i find it weird as to why its not showing a connection in your SAMP browser.

So for an update of this topic.
Ive accessed his laptop through Teamviewer and done the following.
- Ive ran a tracert on his laptop. Nothing out of the ordinary.
- Checked his firewall rules incase something was blocked.
- checked his router settings. Nothing wrong there either.
- used a clean install he had to try it out did not work either.
He is using a pre-installed version of GTA SA but i dont know if that could be related to the problem.
Other servers he sees just fine in his favorites list but LW is just not showing up. Only getting retrieving info.

I found out what caused it. A long time ago i was learning to portforward and today when i checked i noticed that i used Port Filtering. I restored it and everything works fine now.
