lol why u have banned me I just create mod for vice city I don't know how to remove it so plzz unban me

am I  permently  banned

plz unban me I don't know how to keep mods in vice city my friend has kept it pls unban I don't know weather to play with (or) without mods

I thought everybody in vcmp has  the same bridges in vcmp

I will never do this mistake again pls give me one chance
