I think he thinks that if takes a photo it stores in the server or that you can check his folder. Anyways upload it at image$hack.us

First upload it to imgur.com or imageshack.com

Then, you can post pictures by using this code, ofc.

as idamn said,you can post pics on forums by uploading them on one of these websites.Also,if you see cheater/rule breaker,report him!
