The term haitian uprising has been commonly used by our predecessors during the successful campaign against Cuban soldiers.
The border dispute eventually ended as Haitians regained control over once lost territories of Little Haiti & Little Havana.
Business deals with other gang groups also resulted in capturing valuable assets in Vice Point district.
However, with the expansion, there comes the risk.
Several groups in the city are not happy with our movements and would rather see us dead.

• Vercetti Gang ~ back in the day, Tommy was on top of the world.
This situation dramatically changed few years after Diaz's death; the city turned into a warzone and Vercetti had no choice
but to throw his men into the fight all over the map to protect business spots and countless properties.
His closest allies - Cubans - couldn't help him anymore since they got wiped out from Little Havana.
Vercetti's men still present a serious threat, however, during heavy shootouts they often get outnumbered.
• Army ~ with police forces being unable to stop the havoc from spreading out, the army men were asked to step up.
Don't be fooled into thinking it's a government organization though.
Members of the army are corrupted, commit crimes, lack training and equipment.
On the other hand, they come in great numbers and at times are surprisingly effective.
• Undercover Police ~ the only branch of former police forces that had survived.
Undercovers are trying to gain control over Little Havana and the disputed bank area.
They usually hunt in pairs, seeking for single targets to eliminate them from distance.
• Diaz Mercenaries ~ funded by Mr. Teal, the bad guys are back in action.
They control Ocean Beach area and use boats along with airplanes to travel long distances.
Mercenaries can be described as skillful and heavily armed individuals.
Often seen around Starfish Island, involved in battles against Vercetti gang members.
