You were banned by admin Smoke2Joints for apparently abusing F8 when you were knocked over on the ground to evade death when being shot.

Evidence is not required for an admin to take action but in this case evidence was also provided which can be seen here:

Smoke2Joints may be able to inform you more about your ban I don't know anything else other than that video.
