Right so that laptop is roughly 6 years old.
With that shared graphics memory i would not get your hopes up on playing a decent game of Battlefield 3. Perhaps everything on low with like 20 FPS.
I would simply recommend reinstalling Windows 7. And preferably a 32bit version.
You only have 4 Gb of RAM so any 64Bit OS will not benefit from it at all. 4Gb or more would only benefit from it.

Not laptop, A PC I've a PC I just bought a new graphic card, BattleField3 is fixed now Im having vcmp problem.

Right ok..
Acer usually means laptops here in my country not a desktop. So i assumed it was.
Anyway the VC-MP problem looks like a .dll problem. Might want to try and completely delete the entire game and VC-MP.
Including any hidden files most likely are found somewhere in AppData, Documents folder or simply left in the Program files folder.
After you have done that install Vice City again. Play the game first before installing VC-MP to make sure its not Vice city related but perhaps VC-MP related.
Then install VC-MP and try it out, if the error comes back its obviously VC-MP related. Other than that i can not help you much.
