What is your budget? It's entirely about the money.

20000 - 22000 Indian Rupee

convert that to euro or usd and we can help.

EDIT:
Nevermind i did it myself.

It converts to roughly 266 euro. Which is like enough for a CPU and nothing else.
I think you are better off posting the question on an Indian IT forum.
Because we have no idea what the prices would be for PCs or PC parts in India.

Like i mentioned in the edit of my previous post.

Its not nearly enough to buy a decent PC. Specially if you plan on using it to play any decent games.

Unless ofcourse prices are way different in India. But then you would have to ask this very question on an Indian IT forum.

Only GTA games? I have a simple solution for you...

That's in your budget, and will play all those games.

If you need a pc for just those games, a simple basic Intel i3 processor with a decent graphic card (around 6-7k) will do the job for you. Also, do not buy it online as you are from india. The shipping charges will add a huge cost.  Just go to the IT market in Jaipur, look around a few shops and choose the best bargain. If you plan on increasing your budget, say around 40k, then you can ask for specifications here. But for a 20-22K mark you do not need much detail.

Thats pretty much the bottom line i gave him to be honest.

Also Enkei that laptop is to old. And will probably die within a year or 2. And spare parts for it will be hard to come by. Trust me i know cuz ive been down that road with an old laptop around that same age for a customer i had. And simply not worth it.

Haha, you're absolutely right. It's from 1998, and I was being extremely sarcastic. :p

Aryan post if you're still interested, i'll try looking up some online indian stores for parts if you haven't bought anything yet cause it's quite possible the people at the market will just rip you off. If you stretch your budget a bit you could build a low end pc that'll last you a while.

edit: nvm did already

Processor: G2020 at 2.9GHz at Flipkart (http://www.flipkart.com/intel-2-9-ghz-lga-1155-g2020-processor/p/itmdsju5ru3hz8p8?pid=PSRDKFVUQXAD7HUU&otracker=from-search&srno=t_1&query=pentium+g3430&ref=fe09d6a4-5630-446c-a759-d2443c0fa1be) Rs. 3550

Total: Rs. 19982

I couldn't find a decently priced case that falls in your budget so I really recommend you use your old one or find an old used one from somewhere. This build should be quite sufficient for playing the new stuff in glorious 1080p at a low preset with decent enough frames.

EDIT 2: Bear in mind you'll have to put everything together yourself. You can watch some online video tutorials of how to go about doing that or take it to a local pc store, don't let them charge you more than 1500 Rs

Well this build should be good enough. How good your PC will be at anti-aliasing depends on the graphics card and the GTX 650 should serve you well enough

For the rest of the components you need

Keyboard: Flipkart (http://www.flipkart.com/intex-corona-usb-2-0-keyboard/p/itmdzbj2wqxs4taz?pid=ACCDZBJ2YXJ37K2J&otracker=from-search&srno=t_2&query=keyboard&ref=3a881639-a62d-47fc-a4bf-dc17cea0e7d5)
Mouse: Flipkart (http://www.flipkart.com/hp-ky619aa-usb-2-0-optical-mouse/p/itmdunrvvtrfnuhy?pid=ACCCYVMEXZSQJJNB&otracker=from-search&srno=t_2&query=mouse&ref=a41b1b09-3f0d-45e9-8d18-7224c019b332)
Speakers: Flipkart (http://www.flipkart.com/dell-ax210cr-usb-stereo-speakers/p/itmd4avqzztezenu?pid=ACCD4AVP8Z92SHZP&otracker=from-search&srno=t_7&query=speakers&ref=78172822-4fc3-4020-8864-d1fb2b919940)

That adds another 1800 Rs to the buld.
