Time and Date that you were banned: I have no idea, because I didn't play vc:mp for a while. (more than a month I think)
Suspected Reason (if any): I could take a print (because my game frozen) and this is how it looks:

Admin that banned you (if known): avenger
Extra notes: I spent my time driving around Vice City (with plane/car) and having fun with some players in my lasts joins on server. I have no reason to use hacks because I want just to play on a populated server. (that increases the fun) Who knows me... knows that I'm a retired player.
I hope that I will be unbanned ( I don't need any explaination ) and continue to play like I said. (but I think I will dm too sometimes :) )
