i want to know how to create clan i have my frnds saying create clan so plz help.. :)

To creat aclan
first: make ur clan name and its short name(make nice name for ur clan bcz its urs)
second:Make forum to this clan
third:find a member :D

i create forum in forums i register my clan now plz tell me that how people apply to my clan?or what i do nxt.. :(.sorry i am disturbibg u again and again but i want  to make my clan.. :D.
