Ehm,I'm sure mili is not interested in them,neither knows how to install them.Try reinstalling whole Gta game...
Probaj da izbrises ceo Gta pa onda opet instaliras.Srecno!  :)

re-install sa:mp and your gta sa if u currently have installed a mod uninstall it. if its still not work have a look here once -  GTA San Andreas - Crash Problems  (http://forum.littlewhiteys.co.uk/index.php/topic,10962.0.html)

I did not do anything yet because I do not now appear SAMP Crashed :)
