Moved to technical support.

Would be nice to know which operating system you're playing on. Also you may want to update your sound drivers just in case.

Is there a chance that your GTA SA is ripped or pirated? Cause mine is. :x

I didnt have alot of audios.
- No radios
- No Carl's Voice
- No peds' voice
- No cutscenes' voice

Just a basic shooting sounds, falling, driving etc. I solved all this by downloading audio files. All of them. My GTA SA now is complete with all audios. Atleast this is how I got it to work.
