format your harddrive and reinstall windows. Safest option.

1. Make a backup of your important files.
2. Reset your pc.
3. Go watch in the meantime an movie lol.

Give your PC to a poor guy or throw it somewhere.
Precautions: Take out the hard drive and throw it in the river first. For your precious files, you can download that porn later!

For the future, learn from this and always, ALWAYS, make backups. Or stay on the safe sites of the internet.
