THIS CLAN IS FOUND BY ALHAMDULILA AND HIS CO-PLAYERS ON 1st MARCH 2015..

LEADER AND CLAN MANAGEMENT:

WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD FOR MORE PLAYERS...TO GET IN CLAN PLEASE CONTACT CLAN MANAGEMENT.

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THIS CLAN [DIS] Death In Seconds

* NO CHEATER WILL BE ALLOWED IN THIS CLAN
* TAKING MEMBERS IN THE CLAN WILL BE BASED ON THEIR SKILLS IN DUEL. DUELS WILL BE DONE ACCORDINGLY BY WHICH CLAN
MEMBER IS ONLINE AT THAT MOMENT IN THE SERVER.
* INVITING ANY OTHER PLAYERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED UNTIL AND UNLESS THE [CM] Clan Manager Decides.
* BREAKING THE RULES OF CLAN WILL RESULT IN KICKING THE PLAYER OUT OF THE CLAN.
* SHOOTING OR BEHAVING TO OWN CLAN MEMBERS IN A HARSH WAY IS NOT ALLOWED.
* WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD FOR THE PLAYERS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE CLAN..PLEASE CONTACT [DIS]ALHAMDULILA[CM].

AND WHOEVER IN DIS CLAN TAG IS NOT THE REAL DIS LEADER OR CLAN MEMEBERS............THEY ARE TRAITORS THANKUUUUU....

He probably meant that you can't create a clan with the same meaning as the clan that happened to have the same tag.Otherwise,it's fully allowed,i don't see why not.
