With url tags, and between them, copy the url of the video of your choice. Then delete the http://, so it should look like this: [ url]www.youtube.com/watch?v=o1o92o5WmyQ[/url ]

or like this:

[ url=www.youtube.com/watch?v=o1o92o5WmyQ]Any text you wanna type here.[/url ]
