Dark Scouts is a Vice City Multiplayer clan which was founded by Soldier and Shade on 27/02/13 but was closed due to some reasons. At that time it was one of the best clan with more than 20 members. To bring back those good ol' days, Phoenix reopened this clan on 22/03/15. The main purpose of this clan is to be one of the most active and skillful clan in VC:MP. At this moment we are recruiting skillful old players with good attitude, though if you think you're good enough to join us, apply here (http://dsclan.vcmp.in/index.php?board=3.0).

Type: DM.
Country: International.
Skin: Sharks.
