Title: ANY NEW THINGS IMPLEMENTED IN SAMP SERVER???

I kindly want to know whether any new things are implemented in server recently??
example: new houses...or any new scripting done by developers etc.. are added in server...??? IF ANY PLEASE  LET THE PLAYERS KNOW ABOUT IT!!!!!
