Hi,, a few days ago. me and my friend stole a rhino roaming Las Venturas... (killiing ppl) then i saw someone "MartinZoverig" (His name is M4rtin now) i treid to shoot him with my tank.. and he got no dmg. after i talked to my friends asking for help. they say your enemy must be sitting as a passenger in a car.. and he WAS and no one was on the DRIVER SEAT.. he got no dmg and he killed me ....
i only want to know that.. it's cheating?? i reported him and he dosen't banned.. not even kicked out.. blewert was there too.. i want to know it's cheating???? or not??

Report it at cheater reports topic not here -_- Anyway you must have a proof.Wow really?You saw a cheater?When :O Cheater reports is closed for now idk why so PM any admins on forums(with a proof always).
