Title: failed to rename error?

so hey, i installed 0.4 client from the link that adtec reminded, and it kept give me an error. somebody could help?

fixed, told the user to go to C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\Vice City Multiplayer and rename a certain folder to 04rel002
