Title: Minor update!

I have reset houses which were owned by the same player from different accounts.

Players who are banned for a month or so, their houses also got reset.

If you continue buying multiple houses, it will result in loosing all your house.

There should be houses available near LVPD, south ammunation, redsands west and some near north ammunation!

Also, New houses has been added near pirate ship, LS mansions, vrock hotel, some apartment blocks, clowns pocket, visage, come-a-lot and some apartments near north ammunation, Thanks to blewert!

As of now we have 374 houses, with 222 of them being occupied and 152 of them not occupied yet. This means that 40.65% of the houses on the server are unoccupied, and 59.35% of the houses on the server are occupied.

Red = Occupied houses

Grey = Unoccupied houses

Great job!
I don't think there should be added any houses yet,not until we get abit higher playercount.Just my opinion tho.

I don't get it, a player with different accounts is technically different players with different stats and different everything. Why would you take their houses? Besides you have just indicated that there are now 374 houses or so in total as well as 152 unoccupied. Considering that our player count isn't that high I think you should allow people with different accounts (Few play on multiple accounts) to own many. I really can't see any reason for you to retrieve those houses.

Actually, When you look around for houses in LV, you won't find it easily, Imagine if you're a new guy and you can't buy a house just because some regular already bought it from his another account.

And, When the house feature was added, There was already a rule(1 player - 1 house).

I see. Just keep in mind that this way many houses will remain unoccupied. I will start selling me houses :p

Wow, nice, Hura's moved out already! I hope more /house cars are added soon to go with this, also Hura said the house health and armour should be $1000 each, then when friends come, they have to pay too

- New house spawn vehicle should be available from now on!

- The vehicles which should be available are:


* Click vehicle name for screenshot!

* The vehicles will spawn with random colours (https://wiki.sa-mp.com/wroot/images2/3/30/Ext_vcolours_2013.jpg) from now

Very nice. Btw does your personal car still respawns in 2min? Its annoying that u go to ammunation, buy weapons, and car is already gone...

some houses were added earlier. I added 70 new houses which are mostly in SF, as well as a handful in LV. We now have 459 houses on the server, here are the updated map links (as of 02/08/2015 00:56 GMT+0):

There are 277 occupied houses and 182 unoccupied houses, meaning that 65.7% of the houses on the server are occupied. This also means that 0.48% of registered accounts own a house, and on average 78.46% of active players have a house (active is someone who has logged in the last 3 weeks).
