Title: VC-MP 0.4 browser not working

when i double click at lws server it shows message: Version used by server is not installed  and failed to download.
plz help me, tell me what to do, i was inactive and when i started playing again, i can't join server :(

me too. :/

I have windows 7 x64 and I tried run vcmp as adminstrator and with windows xp service pack 3 compatibility mode.

And I have installed vcmp in same folder as gta vice city.

I also have the same problem ,plz smone help
i also have wind 7 but when i do connect to any server it shows the same problem,before 1 day it was working but now it is not

Download and install it where you installed your vcmp 0.4 client and then run the game.

I had the same problem, try to download this http://www.mediafire.com/download/l782vkc6vfg159g/Vice+City+Multiplayer.rar (http://www.mediafire.com/download/l782vkc6vfg159g/Vice+City+Multiplayer.rar) (All necessary updates)
before doing that remove the folder vice city multiplayer from your vc folder and put the one you have downloaded.

I tried this (cheap) method and it worked for mamorat and [DZ]xt9 ,So I hope this works for you guys as well.
Download this https://www.mediafire.com/?9wjh6ifl380pua0 (https://www.mediafire.com/?9wjh6ifl380pua0)
and extract it on Desktop as 04rel003
Now open run using Window + R and Paste

Code: [Select]

%Appdata%/../Local/Vice City Multiplayerand paste that Folder in this directory (which we extracted on desktop)now close your Vcmp browser(if running) and run it as Admin.This solution worked for 2 guys so far but if it doesn't work for you then wait for Stormeus to reply here or post on official forum of Vcmp forum.vc-mp.org

Max's update server is down and as far as I know Stormeus can't do much to fix it

I'm facing the same trouble, though I can still access the masterlist/fav tab. This issue might be solved soon  :)

0.3 also not working like 0.4

It just shows connec ting to (ip)

VCMP works!  :)
